Association Members,

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2011-2012

Dear Sir,

We invite your kind attention to our Circular of even number dated 27.01.2011 on the captioned subject wherein we requested you to pay Annual Subscription of the Association according to the category in which you fall.

In this behalf, we further invite your kind attention that as per clause 18 (a) of Memorandum & Articles of Association of TMA duly approved by Director General Trade Organization, if a member fails to pay Annual Subscription within stipulated period, his membership will be terminated and he has to first clear his arrear and apply afresh for membership along with all necessary requirements for new membership.

It is to remind you lastly that last date of renewal of your membership of this Association is March 31, 2011.

Your cooperation in the mater shall highly be appreciate.
